Course dates, fees & location
The Centre for Stress Management programmes are modular and recognised or approved by various professional bodies. We use the zoom virtual training platform for our workshops and programmes.
In some years, courses have been run in New Zealand, Sweden and Denmark. We have also included a number of courses run in association with our sister organisation, the Centre for Coaching. The Centres are affiliated to the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd.
Attendance certificates and digital CPD badges are provided for all courses. All Primary Certificate courses include a Post Programme Review (PPR). However, Learners who do not wish to undertake the PPR can still receive a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate of attendance. For CPD only programme attendance there is a reduced fee.
All programmes are run over the zoom virtual learning platform. Programmes are usually run between the hours of 9am to 6 pm UK time. This varies depending upon the programme. Two day programme registration starts at 9.50am and the training finishes at 5pm UK time.
We have also included below a number of programmes run by our sister organisation, the Centre for Stress Management.

Fee structure
The fees paid by organisations (usually employers) are shown as, ‘Org’. These fees are reduced for self-funding individuals, shown as ‘Ind’.
All learners who attend the training programme receive a certificate and digital badge of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Only those who pay the higher fee (rather than the CPD only fee) can submit a Post Programme Review in order to receive a Certificate of Achievement.(NB Some programmes require additional work.)
NB. Our training programme fees are inclusive of UK VAT. Different rates of VAT may apply for other countries.
EU-based applications
Please note, if you are based in the EU we only accept applications with a valid VAT number. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
Late submission fees
A primary certificate or full certificate is only awarded to participants who submit a Post Programme Review undertaken after the programme within 42 days. An extension can be negotiated if necessary otherwise a late submission fee of £20 plus VAT is payable. If the submission arrives later than 60 months, then the fee is £50 plus VAT due to the additional administration costs. Please note that as external course accreditations may vary overtime, there is no guarantee that they will still apply if work is submitted 18 months after a programme has been attended.
