Certificate in Stress Management, Health & Wellbeing Coaching
CONTENT
This is a modular 4-day programme. Learners must attend Module a) and b) below (module details elsewhere):
a) Primary Certificate in Stress Management (2 days) OR Primary Certificate in Occupational and Organisational Stress Management (2 days)
b) Primary Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (2 days)
A certificate of achievement is awarded to learners who successfully complete the programmes and the Post Programme Reviews completed at home (modules a-b). There is an enrolment fee. The aims and objectives are the same as for the specific primary programmes undertaken. This certificate programme provides training in specialist areas relating to stress management, health and wellbeing coaching. The certificate course is run in association with the Centre for Coaching.
ASSIGNMENT & CERTIFICATE
A certificate of achievement is awarded to learners who successfully complete the programmes and the Post Programme Reviews undertaken at home [modules a and b].
COURSE RECOGNITION
The Centre for Stress Management has a partnership arrangement with the BPS Quality Mark scheme and has a range of continuing professional development opportunities approved through the scheme. The programme is Approved by the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
The course is recognised by the International Society for Coaching Psychology. The International Stress Management Association UK (ISMA UK) is a charity and professional membership body.
